 Every year thousands join together to show the world that there is hope for those affected by suicide. One of our own, Danielle Brown, is participating in the Walk for the second year in a row!

Friday March 11th 2022 - It was the first warm day of the year, so Plaistow Riders took the opportunity to ride to PPC Italian, and present the owners with a letter of appreciation for their contribution to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation charity event they held last year. In attendance were the Director Chief, Assistant Director Red and Secretary Tank, as well as Half-Pint and Big Kahuna, Quartermaster and Post Commander of American Legion Post 34 Plaistow.

Chapter 34 was proud to be a part of Bob Liston's surprise and joy when the American Legion Riders presented him with a new puppy on Sunday. The look on his face says it all...

Escorting this little guy to his new dad today! This Korean Veteran got an early Christmas gift, we were all so incredibly honored am excited to be a part of the surprise!

Plaistow Riders are proud to announce their newest member "Tank" is now an official member and their new Secretary. Charlie Trig, a.k.a. Tank is a local business owner and web developer that brings a lot to the group with his knowledge and experience in business and non-profit organizations.

Come down to the Plaistow NH American Legion, Post 34, and help the Veteran's Northeast Outreach Center. This local Veteran's organization is looking for new and used coats in good condition, gift cards to area stores and Christmas dinner non-perishable "sides" for our local veteran's in need. The bar tenders will be collecting the gift cards, and there will be a decorated box for coats and non-perishable good drop off. If you cannot get to the post but would like to make a donation, please send us a message, and we can arrange pick up.

American Legion Riders from New Hampshire and Massachusetts gathered Thursday night in the last 'Meet and Greet' of 2021. Many Posts were represented, and friends from different motorcycle riders groups laughed and hugged old friends and new. With a live band, food, drink and some desserts provided by our friends at Middleton Riders Chapter 227, everyone had a great time. Then the question arose; which Post will host these great get-togethers in 2022?

Department of New Hampshire Legionnaires are staging a revitalization and veteran outreach effort Oct. 29 in Belnap County.

When Henry J. Sweeney Post 2 in Manchester, N.H., had the chance to help another nonprofit distribute 300 or so 32-pound boxes of fresh food in March, the post jumped at the opportunity. When members of the post and motorcycle group saw the demand for that food, they decided to expand their efforts.

New Hampshire is a pint-sized state that packs a pretty big punch. New Hampshire offers a combination of outdoor activities, history and scenic vistas that keep generations of loyal travellers pouring in every year.
